Operating design

This is the engagement most leadership teams need. It includes current-state mapping of one agreed flow, a future-state operating model, decision rights and handoffs, and an implementation roadmap. Workflow redesign is included where the path itself must change. A performance cadence is included when you want the forum designed in the same engagement rather than later.

Typical duration is six to ten weeks. That range assumes a named sponsor, access to the people who do the work, and sessions held weekly. On-site days in or beyond Chișinău are stated separately in the offer if travel is required.

The quote states the fee for this scope, the payment point (on acceptance and at delivery, unless we agree otherwise), and the date the documents will be issued.

A shorter commission when you need a reliable picture before you decide whether to redesign. Typical duration is two to three weeks. You receive the current-state map, the exception list, and a recommendation on whether design work is warranted. It does not include the future-state model.

Settle-in support

Available only after an operating design with Svetlana Şevtova, or when your own design is already accepted and written down. It is a defined number of working sessions across the first cycles, not an open retainer. The offer names how many sessions, over how many weeks.

How a quote is prepared

After the scoping conversation you receive one offer by email. It names the flow, the services, the people we need time from, the sessions, the deliverables, the fee, and the assumptions. If an assumption later proves wrong — for example the flow is actually three flows — we stop and reissue the offer. We do not expand the work quietly.

Fees are agreed in writing before work starts. Expenses, if any, are limited to travel you have approved. The practice is registered to Svetlana Şevtova, Strada Petru Rareș 77, MD-2005 Chișinău.
