Engagement

From the first note to a rhythm you can run.

This is the path a client actually walks. It is the same path whether the first conversation happens in Chișinău or online. Nothing on this page is a hidden step.

  1. Initial contact

You write to info@digitalstraconnct.com or use the contact form. Say which flow is painful, who feels it, and whether you want a conversation on site or remotely. You receive a reply that either proposes a scoping call or explains that the request sits outside the practice.

  2. Discovery

A working conversation, usually under an hour, covers the boundary, the sponsor, the people who must be in the room, and what “done” means. Discovery is not a free diagnostic of the whole operation. It is enough to write an honest offer.

  3. Preparation

You receive a written offer: services in scope, duration, sessions, documents, access required, fee, and what is excluded. Work starts when you accept that offer in writing. Before the first session you share the artefacts already in use: a procedure, a board export, a sample of cases. We send a short interview guide so people know why they are being asked.

  4. Workflow

The Operating Sequence then runs inside the boundary: observe, name, design, and, when the offer includes it, settle. Sessions are working meetings with a draft on the table. Between sessions, Svetlana Şevtova writes. You are not asked to attend a workshop every day.

  5. Delivery

Deliverables are issued as documents you can edit and keep: maps, decision lists, the operating rhythm, and the roadmap if it is in scope. A final session walks the sponsor through how to use them on a normal Monday. Source notes stay with the practice only as long as needed to finish the engagement.

  6. Communication

One sponsor is the point of contact. Questions between sessions go by email and are answered in writing so decisions do not live only in a call. If the boundary needs to change, that change is written into the offer before extra work starts.

  7. Next steps

At the end you either run the rhythm yourselves, or you commission a short settle-in period described in the offer. There is no automatic retainer. A later phase, if you want one, is a new written scope.
